Our Partners work closely with a team of experienced executive recruiters to deliver the most thorough and efficient results possible, while offering clients the value of streamlined communication with one Partner. Rather than handing off assignments to associates, the Partners at MERITUS Consulting are involved with every facet of the executive search process including actively recruiting candidates.
Many prominent recruiting firms rely heavily on databases and existing contacts to complete their assignments, but our Partners and executive recruiters go beyond the existing database to identify new talent with each and every search. Our strategy lies in pursuing individuals who fit the role, being highly competent in the sought-after function, business and culture & behaviour. These individuals are normally not actively engaged in the job market and making the difficult sourcing calls that many firms will not make. This enables our clients to select an individual from the most comprehensive candidate pool available.

Unlike most recruiting and Executive Search firms, MERITUS Consulting extends our services beyond identifying and placing the right candidates by supporting them in their onboarding and coaching them in their first 90 days. We believe that our responsibility towards our clients simply cannot end at the point of placement as we need to assist the candidate onboard and providing coaching in their first 90 days.
